Returns & Refunds (30 days)
 
                    You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery
                    if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
                  
 - Eligibility: Item must be unused and in original condition
                      with tags/packaging (if applicable).
  - Custom/personalized products: Non-returnable unless they
                      arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
  - Wrong or damaged items: We will replace or refund after
                      verification (photos may be required within 7 days of delivery).
  - Refund method: Issued to the original payment method within
                      5–10 business days after approval.
  - Return shipping: We cover return costs for
                      defective/incorrect items; otherwise customer may be responsible.
 
 Production & Delivery Times
 Total delivery time = production time + carrier transit time. Tracking will be
                    provided when available.
 T-shirts, Hoodies, Tank Tops, Mugs (printed & shipped
                      from the US):
                    
 - Production: 3–5 business days.
  - US transit: 4–7 business days after production.
  - International transit: typically 10–14 business days
                        after production (customs may add delays).
 
 All-over T-shirts, Blankets, Shoes (printed outside the US):
                    
 - Production: 7–10 business days.
  - Transit: typically 12–15 business days after production.
                      
 
  
                    Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. International orders may incur duties/taxes
                    collected by the destination country; these are the customer’s responsibility.

 - We accept major credit/debit cards and trusted payment providers.
  - Payments are processed by reputable processors with industry-standard security. We do not
                      store full card details.
  - You can check out with a card without creating additional payment-gateway accounts.
 
 How to Start a Return/Report an Issue
 - Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  - For damaged/incorrect items, attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  - We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps (replacement, refund, or return label if
                      required).
